My primary purpose as a therapist is to help people work through whatever memories, beliefs or life circumstances are getting in the way of living a more authentic and enriching life. If you change your circumstances - whether that be a job, a new relationship, or you have started working out... And still find yourself generally unsatisfied, anxious, depressed or in the same relationship patterns, I'd love to help you. I can't promise it will be easy, but I do want to be a reliable, trustworthy resource for you in getting you where you want to be.
The focus of my therapy practice has been disordered eating, self-harm/cutting and unresolved trauma. I understand it can be scary to face these problems. I provide clinical understanding and expertise, along with warmth, compassion and patience.
